It all started when our founder; Dave Russell was working in as a trader in the foreign exchange markets. Years working in this stressful environment lead to him developing chronic stress and anxiety.
In an attempt to manage his own mental health challenges, Dave embarked on a personal development journey that not only empowered him take back control of his own mind but it also saw him take on a new career as a Mind Coach.
Developing programs in the areas mental performance, mental health and accelerated learning, Dave has worked with individuals young and old and large organisations.
Now he is on a mission to bring not only his trainings to a wider audience through The Mind Academy, but also to bring together the country's leading minds, teachers & trainers in the areas of cognitive peak performance and mental health.

The Mind Academy is the brainchild of our CEO and Founder; Dave Russell. A former trader turned Mind Coach, Dave is on a mission to empower as many people as possible with the mental skills to reduce the mental health epidemic that we find ourselves in in the modern world, and to inspire The Mind Academy students to unleash more of their natural abilities for learning creativity and human potential.
