Who we are
We are Myelin Ltd. Trading as The Mind Coach & Critical Frequency Coaching, a company dedicated to providing coaching, training and courses to help individuals and companiesimprove their mental resourcefulness. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security and explain more about it, below. We control this site from offices in the Republic of Ireland. We do not represent that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
How and why we collect information
The details we collect from you depend on A) Whether you have consented to allow us to do so, by ticking the appropriate opt-in box or B) Whether you have purchased a product or service from us.
A) Where you have consented to allow us to use your details to send you further information, these details will be limited to your name, your email address and your country of residence. We will not hold any further information than this. Your consent will allow us to send you emails with our regular blog posts, information on our products, services, sales and events, tailored to your location (e.g. in your currency, live events in your area, etc).
B) Where you have purchased a product or service from us, more of your details may be collected in order to facilitate delivery of your purchased item. We never hold financial details. However, certain information like telephone numbers may be required in order to support your participation in the activities you select. If you register for a seminar, for example, the information is used to reserve your seat and to keep you informed about any changes in the schedule. If you have arranged for private consultation, a telephone number may be required for communication purposes, such as setting up appointments or any other changes to your session. Once delivery of the product or service has been finished, any extra details such as postal address, will be deleted from your account, as no longer being necessary.
We will never intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user, to any third party.
You have the right to contact us and ask to know what information is being held, and for it to be deleted. If you wish to be removed from any email or other list, you can contact us at [email protected] or call +353 (0)86 245 95 30. Alternatively, every email you receive from us, also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking this will take you through the process of removing yourself from our emailing list. Once you have completed that, deleting your account is automatically done at our end. We will be sure your name is removed from the appropriate lists immediately.
Where your information is stored
Your details are actively held and processed through the email marketing and sales platform Active Campaign – a private company based in the USA. They are fully compliant with European Data protection laws and here is a link to their Privacy Policy. When reading it, please remember that the ‘You’ they are referring to is Myelin Ltd. as we are their client.
We also store client details in Kajabi – a platform used for delivering our online training. This service also based in the USA. They are also compliant with the necessary data protection legislation and their Privacy Policy can be read. Once again remember that the client they refer to is Myelin Ltd.
Cookies
When you use our Site, we or our authorized technology services provider (Register365 www.register365.com) may also collect certain technical and routing information from you to facilitate your use of the Site and its services. We use this information to administer the Site and to understand and measure traffic patterns on the Site so that we know which areas of our sites are favorites of our users, which areas need improvement, and what technologies are being used so that we may continually improve our sites. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying you or any user individually. While we are committed to keeping your information secure and private, we have the following exceptions to our privacy policy: We will release specific information about you or your account to comply with any valid legal inquiry or process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order. We will also release specific information in special cases, such as if there is an attempted breach of security of your information. Further, the information you enter when making a purchase will be shared with payment processors, financial gateways, and your credit card company to authorize credit card payments. Any such information-sharing will be done solely for the purpose of carrying out those transactions.
